Terms of Use

Effective 27 August 2026

Publication note: replace the bracketed operator details in config.json and have qualified counsel review these terms for your actual entity, product and jurisdictions before commercial launch. This template is not legal advice.

1. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the Veliox website, dashboard, APIs, documentation and any hosted instance made available by the operator (collectively, the “Service”). By using a hosted Service, you agree to these Terms. The open-source software is also subject to its MIT License.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and may use the Service only where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for determining whether your use of digital assets, decentralized exchanges, token launch platforms or related tools is permitted in your location.

3. Research and decision-support service

The Service provides data organization, automated analysis, scoring, alerts, paper-trading records and human-review workflows. It does not provide individualized investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Scores and model outputs are estimates and may be wrong, incomplete or stale.

4. $Veliox token and third-party trading venues

The website may identify a Solana token using the ticker $Veliox and may link to third-party trading venues such as pump.fun. The operator does not control those venues, their smart contracts, market liquidity, execution, pricing, availability or user eligibility. A link is provided for convenience and is not a promise of value, liquidity, profit or continued listing. Always verify the contract address shown on this site against the address you intend to interact with before signing a transaction.

5. Wallet control

The standard Service is designed not to request or store wallet seed phrases or private keys. You remain solely responsible for wallets, signatures, transactions, approvals, slippage settings, network fees and any action you take after reviewing an opportunity.

6. No promise of profit

Past examples, simulations, backtests, paper results and model scores do not predict future results. The operator does not promise that the Service will identify profitable tokens, prevent losses or remain available during fast markets.

7. Third-party services

The Service may rely on blockchains, RPC providers, token-launch platforms, market-data services and AI providers. Those services are independent and may change, fail, restrict access or provide inaccurate data. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service to break applicable law, bypass sanctions or access controls, compromise wallets or accounts, manipulate markets, deceive users, distribute malware or interfere with the Service.

9. Intellectual property

Open-source code is licensed under the repository’s MIT License. Names, logos, website copy and other materials not included in that license remain subject to the rights of their respective owners unless stated otherwise.

10. Availability and changes

The Service may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Provider integrations may require updates as external APIs evolve. The operator may modify these Terms and will publish an updated effective date where required.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of profitability, accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost digital assets, trading losses, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the Service. Any mandatory liability that cannot be excluded remains unaffected.

13. Indemnity

Where lawful, you agree to indemnify the operator against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, infringement of another person’s rights or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the configured jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Insert the correct courts, arbitration terms and consumer disclosures for the operator before launch.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to the configured contact address.
